+ I have repeatedly warned here against rushing to uninstall/re-install DXLab applications. Notes 5 in the Launcher's "Release Note"

"Unless there is hard evidence of a broken installation, do not un-install and then re-install a DXLab application, as doing so is unlikely to resolve the problem, but might destroy important evidence or create new problems. A broken installation is indicated by the presence of messages like "Component X is not registered" or "Library Y cannot be found". If you don't see such messages, don't un-install and re-install!"


A popup window says:

DXLabLauncher Setup

C:\DXLab\Launcher\DXLabLauncher.exe

An access violation occured while copying the file.

With a yellow triangle to the left with an ! in the center...


+ You are way outside the envelope. Try rebooting Windows, and then use the Windows Control Panel to see whether or not Windows considers the Launcher to be installed.

Had to make an exception in AVG for Launcher 2.2.5

Only running DXK, DXV, PV & SC on this Laptop while Tower is being repaired.
Which is why this Laptop took a dump.

My first error is with DXK  - Wish I could copy and paste it...
