A query to JARL regarding the meaning of "assuming RST report or equivalent is implicitly included in the LoTW confirmation"
produced an acknowledgement that LoTW confirmations due not include an RST report, and a re-affirmation that LoTW confirmations will
be accepted for JARL awards.

All four JARL progress reports in the next version of DXKeeper have been extended to accept LoTW confirmations. Carlo is testing
this version.
