DXKeeper Lookup not working
randy7557
Everything is working fine with DXKeeper. Getting log book lookups, logging. But when I click on a callsign in WSTJX it goes to JTAlert which does the db lookup. DXKeeper, DXView, and Pathfinder all do NOT show the callsign. I have the "Display previous QSOs on Lookup" checked but it does not seem to work.
This used to work but does not now.
I tested DXLab Test 1.4.3 and doing a lookup from there also fails to show the QSO history.
How can I debug this?

You need to configure JT Alert properly.

1) In JT Alert -> Settings -> Logging -> DXKeeper -> Logging Automation, is DXKeeper being instructed to perform a Callbook and Override Lookup? 2) In JT Alert -> Settings -> Applications -> DXLab Suite are DXKeeper, Pathfinder & DXView configured to do a lookup on each call (when a callsign is "clicked" into the WSJTX DX Call box)? This is all documented in the JT Alert Help files. 73, ... Joe, W4TV On 2022-10-12 11:53 AM, randy7557 via groups.io wrote:

You need to configure JT Alert properly. + As Laurie VK3AMA suggested -- and illustrated -- here: https://hamapps.groups.io/g/Support/message/41738
