--- remove RI1ANG - Leningradskaya closed in 1991

- Spratly Island (1S): remove DU0K and DX0 as valid prefixes

- China (BY): assign to the correct CQ zone 24 to callsigns in the BY7A-H range

Will the next version of DXKeeper automatically load the new DX data base or
must it be done manually?

Will the next version of DXKeeper automatically load the new DX data base or must it be done manually?

+ DXKeeper, SpotCollector, and DXView will all automatically reference the new DXCC Database on startup.

Dave I meant will a new version of DXK include the new DX data base?

Or is the only way to get the new version is to manually load it?

Dave I meant will a new version of DXK include the new DX data base?

+ Upgrading DXKeeper does not updated the DXCC Database.

Or is the only way to get the new version is to manually load it?

+ To obtain the new version of the DXCC Database, you must manually click the DXCC Database Upgrade button on the Database tab of
DXView's Configuration window.
