- correctly disconnects from an S.A.T. box when another primary transceiver is selected (tnx to Tom NY4I)

- doesn't open the Secondary or SO2R CAT ports unless they are enabled (tnx to Phil K4PWS)

- works around the documentation errors in the K4's documentation of the IS CAT commands, which control SHFT (tnx to Gordon N1MGO)

- supports the definition of up to 10 bands below 1 MHz in the DefaultBandSegments.txt and BandSegments.txt files (tnx to Jim AB3CV
and Joe W4TV)

--- updates the VFO A font color to indicate whether the transceiver's current frequency is in-band or out-of-band

--- displays the band name in the Main window's VFO panel

- updates the Configuration.htm documentation file
