Spotcollector and Overrides

I may misunderstand what Overrides are and how they work. TO9W shows in Spotcollector with quite a few question marks, understandably since the call sign is ambiguous. I clicked the Config button in Spotcollector, selected the Overrides tab, and clicked on Display Overrrides. I created an entry for TO9W, adding entity, location and quite a few of the other fields. Saved the info, closed all apps and restarted them. In Sportcollector, nothing changed for any of the rows for TO9W, many fields showing "?". Example fields are Prefix, Country, Continent, and I believe I provided info for these three fields, so I was expecting to see the info I provided in the Override table.

+ That's correct.

+ As stated in the last sentence of

https://www.dxlabsuite.com/spotcollector/Help/ConfigurationSpecialCallsigns.htm#Adding_Special_Callsign_List_Entries

" After adding entries to the Special Callsign List that don't specify a Leaderboard tag, recomputing the award progress of existing entries in the Spot Database will update them to reflect Special Callsign status."

+ To "recompute" the Spot Database, click the Recompute button along the right side of the Configuration window's "Spot Database" tab.
