Most of my log shows that most are AG in LotW

K0MD and K9CT for instance are not marked with the AG color yet they both have uploaded to LotW, especially K0MD who has thousands of QSOes as a very active contester.

Most of my log shows that most are AG in LotW but several that used to do not show or at least not in latest QSOes. K0MD and K9CT for instance are not marked with the AG color yet they both have uploaded to LotW, especially K0MD who has thousands of QSOes as a very active contester.
K0MD for example shows Yellow (My ag color) in 5 contacts in 2021 but not the contact Dec 3, 2022. I am sure I am missing something here. 😊

YES AG is NOT part of LoTW

if a user is using LoTW ad colors the line based on that database.

Perhaps I did not make this clear. I thought it was obvious but seems not. YES AG is NOT part of LoTW but it is part of DXKEEPER reports that show BASED ON A DATABASE IN DXLABS, if a user is using LoTW ad colors the line based on that database. It was not doing so for some of the latest DXKeeper entries but was doing so for the same call for other contacts. Clear ??"?

THERE IS NO AG IN LOTW. Both K0MD and K9CT are in the DXiew LotW database with most recent upload dates in November. That matches the information available in "Find Call" at LotW:

AG is an eQSL concept and perhaps K0MD/K9CT have given up on eQSL given its lack of security, rampant cheating, etc.

+ There is no "AG LoTW database", as implied by the title of this post. DXLab includes an LoTW database, and eQSL database. The LoTW database includes every callsign that has ever submitted QSOs to LoTW, and the date of the most recent submission from each such callsign. The eQSL database contains the callsigns of all "Authenticity Guaranteed" members of eQSL. These databases are typically updated every two weeks.

+ Each logged QSO's "active LoTW participation" at the time it was logged or imported is recorded in its "LoTW Member" item:

+ When you log a new QSO or import a QSO with the "Update LotW membership" option enabled, DXKeeper queries the LoTW database with the QSO's callsign to determine if it has ever submitted QSOs to LoTW, and if so, when it last submitted a QSO. DXKeeper then consults the "Maximum age of most recent LoTW upload to be considered active" (months)" setting on the "QSL Configuration window's LoTW tab to determine whether the callsign is considered an active participant in LoTW: if so, the QSO's "LoTW Member" item is set to 'Y'; otherwise, it's set to "N".

+ When a logged QSO is visible in the Log Page Display, the Log Page Display entry's background color is set as a function of the QSO's LoTW member item.

+ Thus it is possible for a QSO with P5DX logged or imported one year ago to have its "LoTW Member" item set to 'Y', but a QSO with P5DX logged yesterday to have its "LoTW Member" item set to 'N'.
