Previously when I have a logged qso and hit the CBA tab it populates info from QRZ with no problems and worked great...now all of a sudden when I hit the CBA tab not only does it populate like normal but also brings up a "Notebook page" labeled N7ESU Callbook Lookup Actions Report 23-Nov-2022 and has name and address along with all previous qso's with that station. I dont know if something got check marked by accident or what but after looking around cant figure out how to stop the note pad from coming up. Any help appreciated

+ In the lower right corner of the Callbook tab of DXKeeper's Configuration window, you have the "CBA generates a Callbook Lookup Actions Report" box checked.
