Logging with WinWarbler

Off and on searching for a few days now and no luck.  So here goes.

Using DXKeeper, SpotCollector and WinWarbler.  WinWarbler is configured for CW mode and the keying to my IC-7300 is set to Xcvr Ctrl App.  All works fine.

My question is about logging with SpotCollector selections.  If I select a spot in SpotCollector it will autofill the DXKeeper Capture window as well as enter the selected callsign into the filter window of DXKeeper to check for previous QSOs.  However, it does not enter the call into the QSO Info  section of WinWarbler.  I think this is due to it looking for a callsign from the Receive Pane which doesn't exist in CW mode.  Is there any way to automatically populate WinWarbler from SpotCollector?

Thanks in advance.

What are your settings in *SpotCollector* -> Config -> General
"Actions with Digital Mode Application Connected"? Specifically,
have you checked "Service" for CW?

First let me mention that I am using all the latest downloaded version of the DXKeeper suite.  In this case WinWarbler is version 9.5.6.

I think I started to celebrate a little too early.  I noticed in the WinWarbler title bar that after I entered a call it would show that there was now an error log.  I tried this with both the SpotCollector CW Service checked or unchecked.  I deleted the error log, shut everything down and tried again with the same results.  I then went through the same process of checked/unchecked with PSK31 and got the same results.  Whenever I started WinWarbler and either manually inserted or selected a callsign from SpotCollector WinWarbler indicated that there was an error log.  And I confirmed and deleted this before starting the next test.

I then tried version 9.3.7 and no error log was generated.  Same with version 9.3.9 and 9.4.2.  CW, PSK, CW Service checked or unchecked.  No error log.  Next version I tried was version 9.5.4.  This had the same error log indication as I described for version 9.5.6.  So for me something happened either in one of these two versions or some associated file on my PC is messed up.  And I tend to think that if the last two versions (9.5.4 and 9.5.6) had an issue someone would have noticed it.

I know I could just send the errorlog.txt file off to Dave but I wonder if it may be something more simple (or difficult?) than that.

Thanks again.
