Has anyone ever created an External Modem Command File to use WinWarbler with a HAL DXP38 to transmit FSK RTTY?

Has anyone ever created an External Modem Command File to use WinWarbler with a HAL DXP38 to transmit FSK RTTY? + WinWarbler cannot interoperate with a HAL DXP38 via an External Modem Command File because the HAL DXP38 does not provide a command line interface. A HAL DXP38 can only be controlled via proprietary software provided by HAL. 73, Dave, AA6YQ
