DXKeeper QSO Upload Issue

Jim Denneny <57JNDenneny@...>

Suddenly, yesterday, I am unable to upload requested QSO.s to LOTW via DXK QSL tab.  I have a valid TQSL tq6 certificate.  Starting yesterday when attempting to upload requested QSO's, I get a request to upload my "TQSL Paraphrase". I have no idea what this is and have no recollection of creating it.  I am also embarrased to say I cannot find p12 key.

I have queried "Online QSL" Group without a response.  I am hoping someone in this group can help.with this "Paraphrase" issue.

tQSL "passphrase" is the old password for your certificate.

See: <http://www.dxlabsuite.com/dxlabwiki/LotWRemovePassword> in the
DxLab Wiki.

This information has been around for about as long as LotW <G>.

+ Did you ever direct TQSL to create a backup, as described here?

+ Please start TQSL, select its Main window's "Callsign Certificates" tab, click on the entry for your Callsign Certificate, and display its properties. What expiration date is shown in the small "Callsign Certificate Properties" window that appears?

I have queried "Online QSL" Group without a response.

+ To what "Online QSL" Group are you referring?

Dave

TQSL start date is 2021-06-30.  End date is 2024-06-29
I just now instructed TQSL to create a backup using "help/backuprestore.  Never used that tool before
Queried Groups.  Found one called "QSLing Online".  Joined yesterday. No answer to my "TQSL Paraphrase" question

None of these explains why DXK QSO uploading is asking for a "TQSL Paraphrase"  What is that?  Where would I find it?  It is new to me.

Dave - typo.   DXK upload is looking for a "TQS passphrase" not "paraphrase".  I never recorded a "passphrase" when I received new certificate in June.

+ DXKeeper directs TQSL to upload your QSOs to LoTW. TQSL is asking for a "passphrase" to unlock your Callsign Certificate, which you evidently protected with a password. Have you successfully submitted QSOs to LoTW since renewing your Callsign Certificate on 2021-06-30 ?

Issue is fixed.  Problem was I did not save tq6 certificate and create p12 backup when I received my new tq6 certificate.  Had I done that, I would have been prompted to create a passphrase.  The strange part is I used the new certificate a few times before receivibg te passphrase error message.

Thanks to all for your help - 73, Jim K7EG
