Getting rid of a few dupes?

I accidentally imported about 300 QSOs with the dupe filter off. Now
I need to get rid of them. Is the easiest just exporting the whole
log , creating a empty log and importing again with dupe filter on?

If you created a backup just before importing, you could revert to that
backup. Otherwise, its export/create-log/import as you suggest above:
