Dave,
I seem to be having a problem with Spot Collector where when a call goes
into the "outgoing call" spot field, the application freezes up. I am
attaching the error log file for your review.
The errorlog records an event that occurred a month ago, and is unrelated
to the "freeze" you report above.
When did this first begin happening? Did you make any changes to your
software or hardware around that time. Have you tried rebooting Windows?
