Uploading From DXK to LOTW- Problem found
I have found the problem. One log entry had 2000 as the date, which is outside the TQSL date range. The batch was being rejected. After making the change, the dates below "Uploaded" and Sync" updated

"Refreshed" means I used launcher to restore 14.2.8. That was the release I already had running. I expect "Add requested" to not add qsos that have already been sent. It puts 668 in the que of my 1300
