Commander Bandspread "tolerance"
I would guess that, technically, if the other fellow is out of band, then it's not a valid contact for DXCC. I have run into that with a DX station recently, when I zero-beat him I concluded he was 30

I'm not sure if it is happening when transmitting or not, as the box appears on the left-most monitor and it's out of my field of view. I'll check and advise. I'll also do the log debugging and get it

I got an error that the upgrade could not delete the old Scomm32.ocx. I upgraded while SpotCollector was running. Once I terminated SpotCollector the upgrade succeeded. Just an FYI if anyone else sees

OT: FT-1000MP and MicroHam USB Interface II Audio routing question
I know it's off-topic, but this list has often been able to point me in the right direction... I have been using a USB Interface II for my Orion for years, and it worked for CAT, CW, PSK and FSK RTTY.
