DXKeeper- OQRS problem
Dave -- see comments below should I have been in different "QSL VIA" such as "*file"? QSL via = cards as I view OQRS to be a form of a card, is this correct or should I be doing different for OQRS? Da

Dave- One thing I noticed in the BAND-MODES 2006 file, is that there are no RTTY segments defined below 20m. Is there a reason for that? Dan KC2STA
