Found it Dave! Under QSL.

The Queue is much larger than I wanted. I wanted only the QSOs I set to R and they totaled just over 100.

My queue is now well over 1000 and still counting.

Is there a way to only print the labels I marked with an R?

+ Yes. See the “Generating QSL cards or Labels for QSOs marked QSL requested" section of

Hi Joe & the group,

For what it mite b worth: I have had a merry time with COM Ports in Ham apps.

With Silicon Labs CP210X, make sure u have STANDARD & ENHANCED drivers/ports [usually Ports 5 & 6].

There was a time - and still is a time - when opening a Ham program [whose name I will not divulge, initials HRD] I needed to alter/update/change port assignments daily.

Take it easy,

Thank you Dave, have read the noted section below. Please tell me where “QSL via panel” is.

I have searched thru everything I can find including searching for “QSL via” to no avail.

+ The “QSL Via” panel in in the upper-left corner of DXKeeper’s Main window’s QSL tab.

OM,

have you taken note of this rig MENU setting described in the manual like this:

CI-V USB Baud Rate (Default: Auto)
Selects the CI-V data transfer rate when remotely
controlling the IC-7300 through the [USB] CI-V port.
L When “Auto” is selected, the baud rate is
automatically set according to the data rate of
external controller.
L This setting is valid only when the “CI-V USB Port”
item is set to “Unlink from [REMOTE].”

Note that the higher baud rates for CI-V over the USB virtual serial port are only available when the "Unlink from [REMOTE]" option is used. I am assuming you are actually using the USB virtual serial port and not the REMOTE jack on the rig (the REMOTE jack is limited to 19200 baud, I believe, and doesn't support the waterfall data stream).

Hi Joseph.

Make sure it's the "CI-V USB Baud Rate"  not the normal one (there are 2 on the IC-7300).
Also, just above that setting, CI-V USB Port -- Unlink from [REMOTE].

Re: Yaesu User-Defined Controls

+ AA6YQ comments below

Does anyone know whether any of the Commander user-defined controls
available on the DXLab website are usable with the new FTDX-101D or MP?

+ The FTDX-101 CAT instruction set is similar to those of the FTDX 3000, 5000, and 9000, but with one more digit in commands and responses that convey frequencies. If there's a user-defined control for the older radios that you'd like to try with your 101, I suggest that you check each CAT command in the control to see if the 101 will accept it.

Re: Log maintenance questions

Dave AA6YQ

+ AA6YQ comments below

Hello Dave and all....I currently have one log file with just over 9600 Qs in it spanning many years

of operation with both contest logs and normal operating Qs in it. I have held and used 3 different

callsigns through my ham career so the log has a mix of Qs using the 3 calls (all were in same QTH).

I also have a paper logbook which I am hoping to enter into this log manually in the near future to make

the log in DXLab more complete. Here are my questions:

1.       For the sake of chasing awards ie WAS WAC or DXCC  do all the contacts have to come from the same callsign

or can they be a mixed variety across the 3 calls I used?? Will ARRL allow this? (sorry, not a DXLab question)

2.       Is using the Auxiliary pane in the Log QSOs tab the easiest way to put the correct callsign against any Qs I manually

add to the log?? Is that the only place to add my used call as I input each old qso?

3.       If I added another column to my main Log QSOs screen to display the callsign I used, what would the adif name be

for that?? Operator?

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
