Is it possible to search my log to find QSOs that have lasted 10 minutes, 20
minutes or 1+ Hour?

I would like to first filter by one month. Then identify those QSOs of at
least 10 minutes, 20 minutes or 1 hour in duration.

OK, back in my hole,

I'm still not sure what I'm missing here, not sure if I read something wrong.

Mike (hi Mike) received a QSL card from VP6R for a 160m contact that he needed for DXCC. I am assuming he received the card because he used OQRS on ClubLog and paid for confirmation (just as I did)? I received LOTW_QSL_RCVD = "Y" on 11/20/2019 and I am assuming Mike received this also. So Mike has LotW confirmation already? When he receives the QSL card from VP6R for this 160m contact he clicks CFM QSL in DXK and a pop up says to send the card in with an application to the ARRL for confirmation. Why if he already has LOTW_QSL_RCVD = "Y" does he need to send this card in for confirmation??

+ Because neither a QSL card in hand nor a confirmation in LoTW constitutes DXCC Award Credit for VP6 on 160m. One of the two must be submitted to the DXCC desk to receive DXCC award credit for VP6 on 160m. See the flowchart in

<https://www.dxlabsuite.com/dxlabwiki/DXCCAwardProgressStates>

Re: VP6R

Kent,

the message from DXKeeper is not related to a QSO confirmation, it is suggesting that submitting the card for verification for a DXCC award may the be best, as in most economic, choice. Every LoTW confirmation submitted for an award credit suffers a fee, whereas QSL card verifications only suffer a bulk fee per 101 cards submitted. So in effect the second thru 101st card submissions for verification in a batch are free. So if Mike had other cards to be submitted for verification then the VP6R card would be the cheapest route to a new award credit. Of course if he has free submissions then LoTW will always be cheapest as no inward postage is required, but that is not the case for the average award applicant.

I'm currently processing a stack of incoming bureau cards, and using the shortcut Ctrl-Alt-B to set the various fields as described in the documentation.

What I'm finding is that this only works if the selected QSO is the one that is selected when I search (the last one). If I click on a different QSO and use the shortcut, it does nothing. It only seems to work if it's the first thing I do after searching.

I did find that it also will work if I use the mouse to select a field in the QSO and then do it, even if I don't change the value.

Is this the expected behavior?

Re: SmartSDR Spots refresh after every QSO

+ AA6YQ comments below

it seems that the spots in SmartSDR are completely reloaded / refreshed after every QSO. This leads to serious audio dropouts etc. as discussed before.
Now I wonder if DXLAB/Commander could be instructed to not do whatever it's doing after every QSO so that the spots are not refreshed?

+ When you log a QSO, the "needed-ness" of some active DX stations change from "unworked" to "worked". To update the font color of callsigns displayed on its Bandspread window, on its Spectrum-Waterfall window, and on SmartSDR's panadaptor, Commander clears and then redisplays those callsigns.

+ As reported here in October 2018

<https://groups.io/g/DXLab/message/180582?p=,,,20,0,0,0::Created,,dropouts,20,2,0,26859853>

+ SmartSDR suffering audio dropouts when active callsigns are refreshed was a FlexRadio regression introduced in SmartSDR 2.4.9. FlexRadio personnel acknowledged this defect.

+ I am running SmartSDR 3.1.7.138 with my 6500. With this version of SmartSDR, refreshing active callsigns does not cause audio dropouts, or any other noticeable adverse behavior.

You *only* receive credit when you submit an application - either LotW
confirmation or card - to ARRL and the DXCC Desk approves the application.

DXKeeper is really telling you that you have a "potential" credit to be
submitted.

to the DXCC desk generate a DXCC Award Credit for an entity, entity-band, or

received DXCC Award Credit;  if so, it informs you.
