Dave,

All my Startup Macros invole Commander user-defined sequences.
The CW Startup-Macro invokes a sequence in, which all settings for VFO-A are copied to VFO-B.
So after I switch from FT8 to CW in WW both VFOs are in CW. Only Split has to be set manually.

With both VFOs in CW when I click in the Skimmer waterfall VFO-B is set to the click frequeny but mode for that VFO changes from CW to PKT, which is the mode in which it was for FT8.

Only when I terminate and restart Commander VFO-B remains in CW when clicking into the CW Skimmer waterfall.

For pile-up situations I have been using CW-Skimmer together W3OA's CW-Skimmer-to-Commander. For years this combination has worked flawlessly.

Since adding WSJT support to my DXLab configuration I observe a stange behaviour.
This only occurs, when I have previously switched to FT8 (through WW) prior to CW, even if JTDX and JTAlert have not yet been started.

When switching modes (generally through WW) I use WW startup macros, which control some mode specific settings of my FT-5000.
For WSJT modes the PSK startup macro puts VFO-A (RX) into SSB while VFO-B (TX) is switched to PSK.

When switching to CW (e. g. after FT8)  the corresponding CW startup macro sets both VFOs to CW identically and de-activates Split.
After then  bringing  up CW-Skimmer and CW-Skimmer-to-Commander the stuation is as follows:
With Split de-activated clicking into the Skimmer waterfall moves VFO-A to that frequency in CW-mode (as it should).
When in Split cklicking into the CW Skimmer waterfall moves VFO-B to that frequency but puts VFO-B into PSK Mode.

+ It sounds like CW-Skimmer-to-Commander is not setting VFO B's mode to CW. To test this theory, create a Commander user-defined command sequence that sets both VFOs to CW. Then invoke this sequence before starting CW-Skimmer-to-Commander.

Whey I log a qso qrz is not showing in the log entry.

I have QRZ settings correct Log in and password are correct. I have to manually press CBA and it fhaniles in the correct addresss I am not using rig control, which should not make a difference.

+ In the lower-right corner of the Configuration window's Callbook tab, is the "Automatically use callbook data to initialized new QSOs" box checked? This is the first bullet in the "Configuring DXKeeper" section of

Re: Downloading QSL Images

Dave AA6YQ

+ AA6YQ comments below

For some inexplicable reason, the download queue stops at the same 13 QSL images each time, though I use the CTRL+Download_Images
option to download all. If I do not press CTRL it says "nothing new to download". When CTRL is pressed, it initially estimates a
download time of 8 hours indicating the large number of QSL images waiting to be downloaded.

It is not a password issue because the downloading does take place - although it stops after the same 13 images each time, though
there are 1,500+ QSLs to be downloaded.

Is there any way I could run a filter and have the downloads in smaller lots? I tried the filter option, but it did not work.

+ The documentation says

"Clicking the Download Images button will enable Retain eQSL images, and download QSL images for all QSOs in the Log Page Display
that have been confirmed via eQSL.cc and for which no QSL image is present in DXKeeper's eQSL Images folder. Depressing the CTRL
key while clicking Download Images will download QSL images for all QSOs in the Log Page Display that have been confirmed via
eQSL.cc whether or not a QSL image is already present in DXKeeper's eQSL Images folder. At the request of eQSL.cc management,
images will be downloaded at the rate of 4 per minute; if there are more than 5 QSOs in the Log Page Display, DXKeeper will display
the estimated time required and ask you to confirm before proceeding to download images."

<https://www.dxlabsuite.com/dxkeeper/Help/QSL.htm#Download%20Images>

+ Depressing the CTRL key while clicking the "Download Images" means "download an image even if one has already been downloaded".

+ So if you want to limit image downloading to a specific set of QSOs, first filter the Log Page Display to contain only that
specific set of QSOs.
