SpotCollector not passing spots to Commander bandspread
After updating this morning it appears that SpotCollector is not passing
spots to the Commander Bandspread window until some kind of change is made,
ie filter/(un)hide

Re: LoTW Mass Download
Chuck,
For the first problem:
1. Download the ADIF data into a file to your local hard disk.
2. Edit the file
3. Substitute for the entire file
Old string <QSL_RCVD:1>Y
