All 4U# callsigns are ambiguous. Given the propensity for European operators to "gin up" new ITU callsigns where ever they feel like doing so, the only option is for the user to define an override.

Are you using the current version of DXKeeper? Do you have a customized "Modes.txt" file in DXKeepeer's Databases subdirectory? A "DefaultModes.txt" file which includes FT4/FT8 as well as Q65
