For DXCC, Serbia is the "surviving entity" of what was formerly
Yugoslavia.
The area represented by YU7 and YU1 is currently Serbia. YU2 is
now 9A (Croatia) and YU4 is now E7/T9

Yes. When Montenegro split away from DXCC entity #296 (then known as
Yugoslavia), the DXCC decided to change the name of entity #296 to
Serbia.

I am very happy with my MOXA card with 8 serial ports I use on my
amateur radio pc at home. I use this card together with XP but it
worked without any problems with W2K as well.
