I have just installed an IC-746 as a second radio in Commander. The first radio is an IC-7300 which seems to work correctly. I intend to use the 746 for VHF on 50/144

Upload/download to LoTW and EQSL notes
When I upload /download to LoTW or EQSL it gets followed by a note saying how successful it was or was not. Fine, but why are some notes as a browser page and some as a Notepad++ page. No big deal,
