More Digital Modes?
So I'm sitting here playing with WinWarbler and PSK-31. Very nice! I haven't used it much because I have FLdigi working fine but I need a bridge software to log contacts. I was considering buying HRD

Re: Com port issue
Check the "Rotator Control" tab. Uncheck "Enabled" and "Enable at
startup", and set the Serial Port Interface / Port to "None" (assuming
you're not using it).

Re: Com port issue
Thanks Dave. I just did that. DXView is the suite associated with com port error. I don't see the com port designation in DXView Config. Furthermore DXView launches nd seems to work.

GM to all,
I have been using DXLab for a short time now and am quite happy with it's performance. I have downloaded some of the command sequence and slider functions and all are working as advertised.

Re: Trying to get "Launcher" to run inside JtAlert's own AutoStart section
In the batch file for JTAlert, you could add before the command to run JTAlert the line
TIMEOUT 3
which will pause for between 2 and 3 seconds before running the next command. And try different values

If you have the time and energy then full new install is the way to go. I avoid it if possible because it is a really REALLY LARGE PITA to get all applications back with all settings. I avoid it like

My preferred approach for OS "upgrades" is to install a new drive
(SSD, these days - I actually do a mirror across two SSDs for
important systems), do a fresh OS install, then install
