Re: Commander function keys not responding
No. I can hit the F12 button in the Commander window and it works, but if I use F12 on the keyboard it fails. I also tried putting the script into the F8 slot but got the same behavior.

Re: 3c3w - reported as Vietnam
@Iain,
yes, this is the only explanation. I've edited now the DXCC field for all records to be 3C
A new 3c3w callsign in DXView is reported correctly as 3C
@Dave,
1. Done,

Re: Enabling control of the Spectrum-Waterfall window via user-defined command sequences
Not really, you would end up having to adjust the slider because the background noise level typically varies with band and time of day.

Re: 3c3w - reported as Vietnam
Is it possible that when you logged the first QSO, you initially typo'ed the callsign as "3W3C", or "3W3W", then corrected the callsign, but didn't correct the DXCC entity ?

Did you define an override for 3C3W in DXView? If so, what DXCC entity is specified in the override?

Dave,
putting a few more minutes of thought into this I have not been able to poke any holes in the concept.
However, if there was a way to also manage the REF level it would be even better.

Commander function keys not responding
I use the User-Defined Controls to tell my K3 to send CW messages, e.g. F12 sends my call. Lately this has stopped working for me when I use the function keys on the keyboard. It still works correctly
