Yep, MYQTHID='' worked. When I was trying it I was not including “ID” Thanks, Tony N2SS

Those are two single quotes, not a single double quote.

Nicknames and QRZ-based callbooks
Dave AA6YQ
DXKeeper can obtain callbook data from QRZ in two ways:
2. If you have subscribed to QRZ’s “XML Data” service, DXKeeper can use it to obtain callbook data without Pathfinder having to be running. No advertisements are rendered and the lookup rate is unlimited; it’s fast, but not free.
Back in September 2020, QRZ added the ability for the owner of a callsign to specify a nickname, e.g. “Dave” instead of “David”. Jay WBØL reported that “QRZ via Pathfinder” failed to return name and address information for callsigns that specified a nickname. Because “QRZ via Pathfinder” works by extracting information from a QRZ web page, any change in the content or format of that information can break the extraction process. I updated Pathfinder 5.2.6 to handle the presence of a nickname, and report it as the callsign owner’s “first name”.

The first three to respond will receive instructions on obtaining this new version.
Andy and I also noticed that QRZ’s “XML Data” service is also including nickname information in the callbook data it reports. I have extended the next version of DXKeeper to use a reported nickname in place of the reported first name.

N1MM Rotor does the trick for me and I have no issues with it at all
I just happened to see a post about PST which got my curiosity and wanted to play with it and compare.
The other attractive feature with Pst is the remote control for the SteppIR. I do currently have SteppIR tracking all 4 radios connected to DXLab but I would like the idea of having a remote control of the controller on the screen as well
+ Thanks, Saad!

Whoops there, sorry about that Chief. He might try EX1614 to see if anything reads back with this command. This is from the FT891 CAT manual, sometimes they forget to include a command or two. This is the DATA DATA GAIN in the main menu. The value is between 0 and 100. Bruce N7XGR

Ralf, I just did a PDF search (gain) that had 136 results in the FT991A manual and found this, on page 24 right side under the display picture there is this, DT-G (DT GAIN). They apparently at Yaesu have no idea on how to do a simple search in their PDF manuals. Black and White period.
+ Ralf has been seeking a CAT command to control DT Gain.

Thank you for contacting Yaesu regarding your FT-991A. I have just checked the CAT manual and you are correct; it does not have an entry for “DT Gain”. I will see if this can be looked at. 73 Ralf -- DO5RBB DL0103SWL https://www.youtube.com/c/RalfBender/

I installed the new version and replied to you by email. I have a question though regarding your comment "They (QRZ) do provide an optional (for a price) XML data service that is completely insensitive to user interface changes, isn't limited to one lookup every 4 seconds, and is faster because there are not advertisements to render." I have the QRZ paid XML service. Did I miss a setting in DXLabs so that it isn't making use of the paid XML service? + Yes: see the "Configuring DXKeeper to use an Online Callbook Service" section in https://www.dxlabsuite.com/dxlabwiki/CallbookLookup 73, Dave, AA6YQ
