Bill, thanks for your suggestion. It looks like we got it taken care of by removing my LOTW password requirement from my TQSL Certificate as Dave, AA6YQ suggested. Otherwise, yes, I was ready to just go with bulk downloads to LOTW. Thanks again, Bill and 73.

This is a dxkeeper setting in jtalerts settings .. In jtalerts, Open settings -> logging ->dxkeeper and uncheck the upload options.
Then you can batch upload from dxkeeper.

SpotCollector spot source window will not stay hidden
g4wjs
Hi Dave and all,
my main spot source window, a DXSpider telnet cluster node (gb7mbc.spoo.org:8000), refuses to stay hidden. If I close the window and check the "Hide" option in Config it hides, but the next SpotCollector restart leaves the spot source window open. The traffic light indicator stays yellow which is probably related. It is my outgoing spot source and seems to be otherwise behaving normally. -- 73 Bill G4WJS.

Although the "fails to launch" behavior still occurred in safe mode, the additional debug it inspired led me to the root cause: Notepad++ had taken the file association for .bat files. i have just uploaded to LoTW, all is OK, and i had to get a new Tqsl key last week after getting new computer on windows 10. It is working ok with me, if this info helps you to look for some other issue, I did have to refresh the TQSL.exe pathname in qsl configuration, Good luck de 5b4ahl, Dave.

Is anyone else having issues with Keeper not being able to connect to LoTW this morning? The LoTW status page says everything is working on their end. + LoTW was working correctly a few minutes ago. + As a diagnostic step, please reboot Windows into "Safe mode with networking"; then start DXKeeper and invoke "Sync LoTW QSOs". Re: DXKeeper fails to run TQSL
Dave AA6YQ
+ AA6YQ comments below
On my new Win10 PC with fresh installations of DXLabs and Trusted QSL, I have run into a problem where DXKeeper simply does not launch tqsl.exe for any LoTW operation. Versions are TQSL 2.5.4 and DxKeeper 15.6.0. The basic "news" check done by DXKeeper at startup eventually fails with the TQSL is unable to contact LOTW error, and no C:\DXLab\DXKeeper\LotWNews.txt file is created. However, if I copy the command from C:\DXLab\DXKeeper\LotWCommand.bat: "C:\Program Files (x86)\TrustedQSL\tqsl.exe" -n 2>"C:\DXLab\DXKeeper\LotWNews.txt" and paste it into a Command Prompt, it runs fine, and C:\DXLab\DXKeeper\LotWNews.txt is created. Even the simple "Run" button in the LoTW configuration tab (DXKeeper QSL Configuration --> LotW) does not work - nothing happens. No errors reported by DXKeeper, TQSL, or Windows. However, as before, if I copy the command from LotWCommand.bat: "C:\Program Files (x86)\TrustedQSL\tqsl.exe" it launches the TQSL app just fine. I can launch TQSL fine from the desktop icon, and can perform log signing and upload manually, so it is not a LotW server or network connectivity issue. I have added Windows Defender exceptions for: C:\DXlab C:\Program Files (x86)\TrustedQSL I have verified file permissions include "Read and Execute" on all files in the above directories. In case it might be relevant: the DXKeeper settings were imported from a Workspace saved on another computer. The TQSL location was the same on the old computer, but verified to be the same on this new computer. What else should I check? + As a diagnostic step, please reboot Windows into "Safe mode with networking". Then direct the Launcher to start DXKeeper; can DXKeeper now start TQSL? 73, Dave, AA6YQ

If you use GridTracker, it will log to Dxkeeper without needing to use anything else. It can also upload to many online services such as lots and hrdlog. + DXKeeper's LoTW automation depends on each QSO accurately reflecting its LOTW status. Using another application to submit QSOs to LoTW behind DXKeeper's back should be avoided. See <https://www.dxlabsuite.com/dxlabwiki/QSLingLotW> 73, Dave, AA6YQ
