Dave thanks I just figured it out. If I have WSJT-X and WSJT-X Alert open this happens. But if I close them it works fine. Must be an issue going between SSB and FT-8 with all windows open.

Download and install the program "WhoCrashed"

You computer will probably dump crash data to your drive before it reboots, this program reads it and tells you what happened.

Very simple to use and may help you understand what is causing the crash

With Device Router application open, the MK II switched OFF and Commander open the PC freeze.

With Device Router application open, the MK II switched OFF and Commander CLOSED the PC doesn't freeze.

I have no other software active on this machine but ESET NOD 32.

No energy saver o screen saver.

The problems (I think) started after the Commander update to 13.0.8

I tried to read the DUMP screen with a specific software but without receiving any interesting info.

Can someone help me to solve the problem?

             Although it should not be unpredictable and certainly should not cause a blue screen. Likely bad driver code or Windows bug but that (BLUE SCREEN) is not supposed to happen.

Nevertheless it is unpredictable and it has been since day one so we just have to live with it I guess.

That is not needed imho.

It seems to be better to write an external SW which serves your request.

A small  application that interoperates with Commander to display the frequency and S-meter, and provide band change buttons is available via< http://www.dxlabsuite.com/DXLabFrequency/DXLabFrequency116Update.zip

This application was developed by Ben PG5S, an early user and advocate of DXLab. Sadly, Ben became a silent key in 2005.

Contacting your QSO partner via email is another option.

I recently had a PC meltdown and had to switch out my gear.  I am running
(4) 23" monitors for DXLab.  I too was looking for a good card to run
multi-monitor that didn't break the bank.   I found one:
PNY Quadro P600 VCQP600-PB 2GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Low
Profile Video Cards - Workstation

$200 and it works awesome.  It has mini displayport connections, but you
can find dirt cheap mini-DP to anything adapters on Amazon for dirt cheap.
I am running 1 HDMI, 2 DVI-D and one VGA monitor from this card and it's
been flawless.

Just thought i'd share something that has worked well for me.  73   James

Sorry I'm late to the topic...

I had a similar issue when a Windows 10 update broke the drivers for my on-board video. I went from 3 monitors to one. After looking over the price of a new PC I went and got this:

It fit in the slots on my PC, it had W10 support, and it had three outputs - VGA, DVI and HDMI. I've got all three active once again. Installation was very simple. Took longer to download and update the drivers then to install.

Cost today is $47. Free prime shipping. It does say that it requires a larger power supply, but a bit of work with an on-line PC power supply calculator revealed mine had plenty of headroom.

I’ll certainly send all these information to MicroHam. 
Just for info I’m using the same setup (I only changed two PCs to have more power) since 2007. 
I have left the MK2 switch off for the most of the time when i’m not at the radio and I not experienced any troubles.
But if this in much healthy in the future i’ll kept the MKII switched on when DXLab Suite in open.

Hello Dave and tnx for the answer. 

What make and model transceiver do you have Commander controlling, Franco?

The MKII controls a Yaesu FT-1000 Mark V 200 W.
I’ve noted that is not important if the transceiver is powered on or off. 

Only the MKII have to be switched on to avoid the freeze problem if the Commander in open.

How Do I Set ARRL Confimed for Previous Submissions?

I've had 20 or so DXCC submissions over 30 years for Phone, CW, RTTY, etc. - about 350 countries. DXKeeper accurately shows my DXCC totals but shows zeroes for ARRL Confirmed (No V's). How do I automatically synchronize the old ARRL submissions? I've looked at the WIKI and many posts but have not seen the answer.
