In the Main Log QSOs, it asks for TX and RX Frequency. Might sound like a stupid question but can I assume since it's my log it's my TX and RX freq's, and not the DX stations? Thanks.

On the QSL Config General:

Add Needed requests all with the same call

DXCC, WAZ, WAC and WAS

Those settings would not cause "Add Needed" to populate the QSL Queue
with a QSO whose "QSL Rcvd" item was already set to 'Y', or whose "QSL Sent"
item was set to 'I'.

What's the callsign of a confirmed QSO that is added to the QSL Queue by
"Add Needed"?

Please do the following:
1. type this callsign into the Filter panel at the bottom of the Main
window's "Log QSOs" tab

2. click the Filter panel's Call button; the Log Page Display will now
contain all logged QSOs with this callsign

3. select the Main window's "Export QSOs" tab, and decline DXKeeper's offer
to remove the "Log Page Display" filter

4. on the "Export QSOs" tab, make sure the Options panel is set to "Export
Standard ADIF", click the Start button, and specify the creation of a file
in which DXKeeper will place an ADIF record for each QSO in the Log Page
Display

5. attach the file you created in step 4 to an email message, and send it to
me via

aa6yq (at) ambersoft.com

so I can see what's going on.

Yes. Message archive can be made public (to enable the RSS feed) while keeping private group membership and user moderations settings unchanged.

Personally, I find high-volume RSS feeds impractical. I would class an DXLab RSS feed high-volume.

I'm not sure how many years I have been using DXLabs probably since late 2009 and I can say that it's the best I have used. I have used TRX Manager, DX4WIN, Logic8, HRD and more but DXLabs always comes out on top no matter how much money I spend for other software. So far it is DXLabs that keeps me from switching to Ubuntu there is just nothing like it on the Linux side.

Ahh! That's your problem. You need to log on to your ON4KJM/P account using that callsign and the appropriate password which may be the same as for ONKJM. ON4JKM and ON4KJM/P are completely separate accounts even though they may be attached so that they share membership levels and award totals as applicable by the award rules.

the error message is italic text, Dave's mailer changed it in his reply by
enclosing it with a *

I checked the following things:
1.- the QSO in DXkeeper (ADI exports) and the APP_EQSL_QTH_NICKNAME is set
to "Backyard portable" as expected.
2.- the eQSL account ON4KJM/P has also "Backyard portable" defined as QTH
nickname (same spelling and case).

Just to be sure, am I correct in assuming that in the eQSL configuration of
DXkeeper I only give the username/password of my main eQSL account the /P
account is linked to it. I re-read the documentation and this is what I
understand.

I am very perplex and tempted to create a dummy QSO to verify if the
unexpected behavior is general or limited to this particular QSO.

While in myQTH and eQSL QTH nickname) it is defined as "Backyard portable",
in the error message and in the eQSL queue, the QTH is indicated as
"backyard portable".
I think that it went wrong when I corrected the myQTH to align the
capitalization between DXkeeper and eQSL.

Question 1:
Is my hunch correct ? How can I fix this ? I could flag this QSO as no eQSL
requested as this ham is not registered in eQSL but I would like to
understand.

That rejection message is coming from eQSL. Jean-Marc, do you have the
"Use each QSO's myQTHID as its QTH Nickname..." option enabled on the "QSL
Configuration" window's eQSL tab?

Not that I'm aware of. It's either open to all or restricted to members only. Of course all new member posts are initially moderated. Meaning that Dave or I must approve their post before sending it on to the entire list. Usually, a new member will be upgraded to free posting after the first couple of legitimate posts. We usually only get a handful of these each day so reading and approving or rejecting them is not a lot of work. However, if we were to open it up to the public there is no telling what we might be letting ourselves in for.

What advantage do you see to RSS feeds that can not be met by direct email? I know I can get my email on just about any device including my Kindle Fire and my Smart Phone. RSS would just be another way of getting the same thing by a different route.

NIcknames are not case sensitive. However, I see a discrepancy in the nickname that Jean-Marc posted below "APP_EQSL_QTH_NICKNAME: backyard portable*" . The nickname of the account is "Backyard portable" there is no "*" folowing it.

Jean-Marc, you can create multiple accounts for the call ON4KJM/P as long as there is no overlap in the Callsing/QTH start and end dates. Each account profile should contain the appropriate location information and QSO's must be uploaded to the appropriate account.

information within the "QRZ.com timeout (seconds)" interval you've
specified.

Pathfinder's embedded web browser renders web page content as it
arrives,
but the extraction of callbook data cannot begin until every byte of the
requested web page has been received, including the accompanying
advertisements.

The information you see populating the Capture window before the QRZ.com
lookup is complete was extracted from already-logged QSOs with the station
in question.

Perhaps you should increase the QRZ.com timeout.
