W6NAG Workspace - Downloaded DXCC Credit information's DXCC Award Credit Report table is empty
I think I am missing a step here -
In my W6NAG workspace, this message is returned when I Check Progress of DXCC using DXKeeper:

Re: Two workspaces - two callsigns - two minor issues
The SpotCollector errorlog.txt file you sent me contains no instances of "program error". It was generated because the "log debugging info" box is checked on the Configuration window's General tab.

Identifying those DXCC Entities that are Confirmed by QSL Card only
First LoTW has made this so much easier, especially when coupled with DXKeeper. I need to identify those entities that are confirmed by card only. I have worked 237 entities and LoTW confirms 216.
