W5ZY is one. When I When I right-click on the SC main display line and select
"turn rotator to short path", it copies the callsign correctly into DXView, but
shows the short path heading as 211 degrees. Without doing anything else, I
press the enter key and then it shows the correct heading, 88 degrees.

Eith the heading now correct at 88 degrees, I can go back to SC, do the
right-click and rotate command again, and it again shows 211 degrees until I
press enter again.

Other calls do not have this problem. I will try to find more examples of ones
that do.
