I watched a video on using Spot Collector, from a couple of years ago. He talked about all of the filter options, lots of stuff to play with. There was a Note button in the filter section that appears to have been replaced with a Tag button, in his demo he put POTA in the text box then clicked the Note button, and the list returned all POTA stations on that band at that moment, it would be nice to get that functionality back. + That functionality never departed. SpotCollector's Filter panel enables the definition of 32 user-defined filters. Evidently, whoever created that video had defined a filter named NOTE whose contents were NOTES LIKE '*POTA*' + Today, every Spot Database Entry contains a POTA field that is automatically populated with information from spot notes, so you can instead use LEN(POTA)>0 + You can also hunt for specific POTA tags, e.g. POTA IN ('K-3505','K-1352','K-6977','K-2081') + See https://www.dxlabsuite.com/spotcollector/Help/SpotDatabase.htm#Filtering%20with%20SQL%20expressions I have lots to learn so I am bound to be here from time to time. + Be mindful of trying to learn too much too quickly.
