I inadvertently changed this thread about "Bidirectional Rig Control (and I understand the DXLab philosophy now) to an issue I was haveing with Acom amp CAT errors. I changed the connection to the amp by using the Commander secondary CAT port and have not seen any CAT errors yet. So I believe the problem is solved and apparently the amp is getting frequency data often enough. Thanks for the great support Dave!
