the synchro error message quoted below refers to 'mode: MFSK' 'submode: FT4' QSOs

which (all of them) are in my DXKeeper log. Why the error message then?

+ The error message means that there is not an exact match between those 4 QSOs and any QSOs in your log.


Which of them carries priority - 'MODE' or 'SUBMODE' in case of eQSL synchronization?

+ An exact mode match is required. If a QSO partner reports MFSK for an FT4 QSO, that's not considered a match.
