Nevada has an unusual situation with its capital Carson City south of Reno. When logging a contact in Carson City, DXKeeper displays "invalid county for Carson City". Carson City Nevada actually doesn't have a county. It is considered an independent city.
I suggest for Carson City DXKeeper not display the "invalid county..." message. DXKeeper allows the field to be blank after logging so that is OK.
