I agree. But, UDP is how it is implemented in WSJT-X so that is what I have to work with. Having said that, UDP has proven very reliable.
From past support requests, the overwhelming (probably 99%) of complaints of QSOs not being logged have been due to the user not OKing the WSJT-X Log QSO window with many of those because WSJT-X was not prompting them to log (a setting within WSJT-X).
