Loop Antenna Amplifier ++ current consumption

Delighted to receive my LAA++ and note that it seems to be amplifying effectively.
Just a bit puzzled that the current consumption is only about 70mA at 12V. Was expecting double that. Should I be concerned?

70 mA at 12 V is well within tolerances.
The specification is 100 mA at 13.8 V.
