We recently updated the HF Rreselector to use varactor diodes as the variable capacitor we originally used went out of production.
It uses four varactor diodes in a bridge arrangement to cancel out any intermodulation products caused by capacitance change due to the RF voltage superimposed on the DC control voltage.
