The best way that I've found is, remove the cam cover, rotate the engine until the cam lobe, on the offending valve, is straight up. Squirt the penetrant of your choice, into the slots on the cam foll

How about those T-92 transmission bushings?
FWIW, I've rebuilt many T-92 transmissions, for both Crosley and other applications, and found that most of the wear was on the shafts, not the bushings. Butch Virus-free. www.avast.com
