Crosley temperature gauges are all MECHANICAL, no electric sending unit involved. Just a capillary tube, filled with either or alcohol, I don't recall which.

I'm confused. The canister filter RETURN line, attaches to the crankcase, on the driver's side, not the passenger's side.

Does it attach in the same port where the return line to the oil filter attaches? If so, should there be an extension that takes both the oil return & oil pressure gauge line below & past

I have never seen a VC only parts manual, it is included with the standard parts manual. Unfortunately it does not have diagrams of VC specific parts.
