Re: Car Transport Companys?
Dave Reina --
I noticed your mention of a Sunbeam Talbot in your post. I'm attaching a screenshot of one I just saw on Craigslist, in MA. I believe it's a 4-door sedan.

On May 9, I posted on here a screen shot of the Cornish car, including the descriptive text. Note that it included a rebuilt engine, and 5 spare engines.
Others have referenced pictures of the Crosley

Hi Mike,
I used a company called Horseless Carriage to bring a Sunbeam Talbot from Castro Valley CA to Brooklyn, NY and was happy with their service.

One big thing while checking for car carriers is that they can accommodate the narrow width tread of the Crosley. I know on a couple people that I sold Crosleys to the buyer had a terrible time

I got badly burned on the first car hauler I hired years ago that turned out to not own any trucks, he just hire wildcat drivers to pick up cars. He promised 2 weeks and it ended up being many months

Re: Car Transport Companys?
Mike, have you tried you ship.
Put in your request and different companies will bid on shipping cost. Might be worth a shot. You don’t need to accept any of the offers, and most companies on there

Re: ‘47 Sedan
Thank you sir! That is all I wanted - just a starting point. Nowhere near enough details to put a real value on the car, I just need a good baseline to start with.

From the pictures on the site, it looks like a solid body that has had a fair amateur restoration. No pictures of interior but I see hints of it that do not appear original. Engine and running

Re: Clutch and pressure plate
6" possibly has a bit smoother engagement. The 6 1/2 has more holding power. Both of those claims are subject to conditions.
Yes, the flywheel/pressure plates, have different bolt
