Two problems. You loaded 15 photos of your pickup 100-230 kbytes each that uses almost 10 percent of our total space allocation for one vehicle. For the size images you uploaded they can be compressed to around 25-30 Kbytes each and still view fine.

There are other photo sites that you can use for eBay auctions. My opinion is that our site should not be used for eBay auction pictures. I seem to remember Yahoo not allowing it but I couldn't find the rule. Currently I believe I have photo viewing open to anyone, this can change if necessary. Anyone else have an opinion on using club space for eBay auction photos? In the mean time please compress your photos more and reduce the total number of shots of the same vehicle to maybe 6 or so please. Jim...

I am having difficulty uploading photos to Ebay. I have an option to
choose another URL to link the photos. My question: Is the "Photo" link on the Crosley_Gang group for just members, or can anyone view them? If you don't need to be a member, I would like to link my truck auction to a folder with my photos in it. Is this proper? Brian

Thanks Larry. i will take a look at the coil although it is also new.
But you raise another question. The terminals on the new coil are not marked. I put it in with the same orientation as the old one when I replaced it. Thanks Skip

Check the coil. Had same type problem, someone had reversed leads on
coil. Changed coil, & fixed. Though it was fuel too. Think internal heat caused breakdown. Vapor lock in a 47CC
"cosmicray48236" <sgreiner@...>
I am finally getting a chance to put some miles on the 47. I have
encountered the following problem. If the car is warmed up and run for a while and then parked for a while and then driven again the following happens. The car starts fine but has a total lack of power and will not accelerate. The engine seems to be starving for fuel. If you stop with the engine running the problem clears up after a few minutes and it then runs OK. The tank and fuel lines are new. The carb, filter and pump have been overhauled. When I got the car the fuel line was run over the top of the engine and attached with a bracket to front valve cover stud for support. I installed the new line in the same position. If the engine is not stopped the problem does not seem to occur. I believe that this is vapor lock but I have never encountered it before. I would appreciate any suggestions as to what this is and how to solve it. Thanks Skip

hi jon, thanks phor noting lil phoot. i set the roundside body on the 83"
wb CJ-5 chassis and running gear. had to cut away the phire wall to accommodate the 6 cyl [3 cyls under the hood, 3 and carter under the dash], cut a little phrom wheel wells, cut a battery tray on passenger well [master cylinder occupies orig] dropped in a nash metropolitan radiator and built a box around the portion of the engine in the cab. now i just need some insulation between the accelerator and that exhaust manifold phor the summer months. jak phillips
