That's perceptive of you to suspect it doesn't run due to the missing gas cap. The ad's text, which says the engine needs to be installed, seems to corroborate your theory.

I don't know anything about this specific car except what I read. But I'm thinking a solid body, rebuilt engine, five spare engines, new tires, good seats, and a "need cash, best offer" bargaining point, make this worth considering.
