The above stays and creates a Table of Contents (if you want one on your page)

To create a ToC, use one of the "Header" styles in the Formats dropdown on the menu bar.

For example "Header 1" is the highest level (ToC # 1) "Header  2" is the next level(ToC # 1.1)  And so on,

For example, your ToC might look like:

1. Header 1 text

Paragraph text - the quick brown trout jumped over the Catalina 30,

1.1 Header 2 text

Paragraph text -  bla, bla, bla

If this goes astray, don't worry about it, just get the important information, pictures, etc, in -- the headings can always be cleaned up later.  Many times it's simpler to enter everything in "Paragraph" style and apply the Heading formats afterward.

Heading One (Header 1 format )

Paragraph text - the quick brown trout jumped over the Catalina 30

Heading Two (Header 1 format )

Paragraph text -  blablabla
