Gene Colvin at Brewer Yacht Sales at Safe Harbor Pilots Point Marina in Westbrook CT. Gene worked for Catalina for years and knows them inside and out. He is well connected. I bought my 1984 Cat 30 from Gene 3 years ago and it was smooth as silk. Gene had 3 or 4 boats onsite so I could comparison shop on the spot. Thank Neptune I brought my checkbook so I could place a down payment that day! I am very happy with my boat and Gene’s service

I don't know how much effort you are willing to put into the process, but I am seeing boats around me selling fast.
A C30 in my fleet sold this summer in one week by owner. They put it on Facebook Marketplace. As they made plans to list it other places, boom. Although not a heavy user, I feel like Marketplace is THE Craigslist of 2020. -- Josh Norten s/v Esperanza MK1 1982 #2462 SR Universal 5411 Waukegan, IL

Yes, it's an old boat, I would not use a broker, just list it on Marketplace and Craigs.
