COVID-19 Protocols:
Vaccination required: In order to keep the community safe during this time, we are going to be requiring proof of vaccination against COVID-19. This means having been fully vaccinated and boosted (either receiving a second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or first dose of the J & J vaccine between two weeks and six months prior to dancing; or having received a third/booster shot at least two weeks prior to dancing). You can either bring your vaccination card or a picture of your card to dancing - we will not record any information from the card, just note that you have received the vaccination. Each dancer will need to sign a waiver as well (extra copies will be available at the session). A booster shot is required for anyone who got their last shot more than 6 months ago, to help keep our community safe. Please bring your updated proof of vaccination so we can update our records.
Masks required: Per recommendations from CDC and the Town of Brookline, we are requiring the use of masks. If you have any COVID-like symptoms (headache, fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell, etc.) please wait until you have a negative PCR test before dancing with us. Please note that scarves, mesh fabrics, bandanas, neck gaiters, masks with exhalation valves, and any item that does not provide well-fitting full coverage of the mouth and nose is not considered a “mask” under this policy.
Close contacts & isolation: We ask that anyone exposed to a person with COVID-19 take 5 days off from dancing. If you test positive, please take 10 days off from dancing and take care of yourself! Thank you for your help keeping our whole community safe!
