Last night from home I observed my first 3 objects for the Astronomical League's Planetary Nebula program. My Sky Quality meter showed 18.8 - 18.9. It seemed to be getting better as evening wore on. B

Red stars
I used to see red stars in the double cluster but now they all look orange to me. I don't know if that is because my eyes have gotten older or what. I spent my time last.night looking at carbon stars
