Usually he just lurks on the forums
He also wrote a book about 10 yrs ago, don't remember the specific astro topic.

Don’t know if John Raymond is on this list, but if so, congrats, John, for your article comparing telescopic monovision, binoviewers and binocular telescopes!  Most of us seem to be one-eyed (or one camera) telescopic Cyclopes, but I found his comparison of aperture and exit pupil versus mono or bino viewing method for planets and deep sky objects to be quite interesting.  John is a frequent attendee at ECSP.
