BRARA is the Boca Raton Amateur Radio Association located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization assigned the amateur radio call sign N4BRF

The Boca Raton Amateur Radio Association (BRARA) is long established as the premier amateur radio club in the Boca Raton, Fl. area.  Full details are available at, the home web site for the club.   This forum is a meeting place for discussion by BRARA  club members of  topics related to all aspects of amateur radio activity carried out by the club.  At present time (August, 2020) it is in a constant state of flux as it goes through necessary work in progress to facilitate all aspects of our club's activities.  As we prepare to enable the member enrollment process, we are providing here a few basic  tips on what can be expected.

If you are a BRARA club member,  send an empty email to  We will then ask you to confirm your name, call sign and any  other necessary qualifying questions during the subscription process. Alternatively, you can send your name and call sign  to the group owner at to receive an invitation and access link.

If you are not a BRARA  club member, you can become one! Go to our webpage at and  click on the "Application" link in the lower section of the "What's Happening' table on the right side of the Home page. There is a nominal annual dues for any licensed amateur (ham) radio operator, with special handling for families and non-hams. When your membership in the Club is approved you should automatically receive an invitation to subscribe to the BRARA list/group.
Within this forum you'll find many club members representing a broad range of skill and experience across the entire ham radio spectrum of interest.  Be sure to introduce yourself and sit back and take in the free fellowship and knowledge.
