Getting High SWR on CW Mode 2 messages

I am using Inverted V Antenna and getting 2.0 or sometimes 4.0 very high SWR in CW mode, but in SSB mode its 1.0 and 1.1 on 40 Meter Band. If I use my EFHW Antenna on 20 meter, SWR is 1.0 or 1.1. Kind

I installed a pair of 1N5349B 12 Volt 5 Watt Zener Diodes, back to back from the Gates of Q18 and Q19 to ground. These diodes should keep the Gates of these two FETs from being damaged by oscillations
